Furnace Maintenance & Inspections
Prevent Problems. Protect Comfort. Powered by Data. Guided by Trust.
The Problem: Breakdowns Don’t Schedule Themselves
It’s never convenient when your furnace quits—especially during Spokane’s coldest months. Whether it’s an older unit or a relatively new system, the truth is:
furnaces fail when they’re ignored.
At Falco’s, we don’t believe in fear-based selling or pushing unnecessary parts. We believe in being proactive, transparent, and data-driven—so your home stays warm, safe, and efficient year after year.
The Promise: Proactive Care That Pays Off
A properly maintained furnace lasts longer, costs less to run, and rarely catches you off guard. We aren’t here to find problems. We’re here to prevent them.
Our Furnace Maintenance & Inspections Process
Step 1: Arrival & System Check-In
Our technician arrives on time, in uniform, and ready to listen. We review:
- Your system's age, performance history, and past issues
- Current comfort levels, noises, airflow, or utility concerns
- Access and safety for work area
Step 2: Full 22-Point Inspection & Data Logging
We inspect and record metrics on:
- Heat exchanger integrity
- Flame sensor and ignition system
- Filter condition and airflow
- Blower motor and capacitor health
- Thermostat communication
- Venting and gas pressure
- Temperature rise and cycle time
- Safety switches and wiring
Every test is logged and reviewed internally. We don’t guess. We measure.
Step 3: Maintenance Services
Based on manufacturer guidelines and our field-tested checklist, we’ll:
- Clean flame sensors & burners (as needed)
- Clear condensate lines
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate moving parts (where applicable)
- Replace filters (upon request or with Legacy Membership)
- Reset system for optimal performance
Step 4: Report & Recommendations
We share your system’s condition honestly. If a part is failing, we show you data—not pressure.
- If it’s good, we’ll tell you.
- If it’s borderline, we’ll explain why it may become an issue.
- If it needs replacement, we’ll recommend it—only if it prevents an untimely breakdown or safety issue.
No surprises. No pushy upsells. No “because we can” charges. Just honest preventative care.
