We recently acquired an Electrical Administrator license, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward providing comprehensive home solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re searching for an O1 Electrician eager to take on new challenges, make a significant impact, and help us build something truly remarkable.

Your Role

As our O1 Electrician, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services. You will be at the forefront, leading efforts in sales, installations, and servicing of our HVAC, fireplace, and outdoor heating solutions. You will ensure that our projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining the high standards Home Solutions by Falco’s is known for.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, fireplaces, and outdoor heating solutions.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best solutions.
• Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Train and mentor an apprentice, imparting valuable skills and knowledge to grow our team’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Future Plans

Our future electrical plans include a strong focus on electrical panel replacements, specifically smart panels like the SPAN panel. We aim to lead in the installation of these innovative systems, providing our customers with enhanced energy management and efficiency. Ideal Candidate

• Certified O1 Electrician.
• Experience with fireplace and outdoor heating installations and servicing is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to connect with customers and close deals.
• Leadership qualities, capable of managing projects and training apprentices.
• Commitment to excellence, with a track record of achieving high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
