Our Air Conditioner Maintenance & Inspection Process
Step 1: Arrival & Consultation

- Technician arrives on time and in uniform
- Listens to concerns about cooling, noise, performance
- Reviews equipment location, past issues, and thermostat settings
Step 2: System Inspection (20+ Point Check)
We perform a full diagnostic inspection of your cooling system, including these components of your outdoor unit:
- Inspect & clean condenser coil
- Test fan motor amperage & performance
- Measure refrigerant pressure and charge levels
- Verify capacitor, contactor, and wiring integrity
- Check disconnect and surge protection
- Remove debris from cabinet and surrounding area
- Inspect line set insulation
We also perform a full diagnostic inspection of your indoor unit (if accessible):
- Check blower motor condition
- Evaluate filter condition and airflow
- Measure temperature split (supply vs. return)
- Verify thermostat communication and cycling
- Inspect condensate drain function
All readings and metrics are logged, reviewed, and explained.
Step 3: Maintenance Services Performed
Based on inspection and system age, we’ll perform:
- Coil rinse and debris removal
- Electrical tightening
- Drain clearing (if applicable)
- Filter replacement (if customer-supplied or under Legacy plan)
- Airflow adjustments or zone test (if needed)
We don’t recommend unnecessary chemical cleanings or repairs unless the data shows a clear need.
Step 4: Transparent Report & Recommendations
After testing, we review everything with you. You’ll receive:
- A summary of your A/C’s current performance
- Notes on aging or borderline components
- Honest, pressure-free recommendations
