We keep this simple and honest — here's exactly what qualifies.
- Installation only. Applies to new air conditioner, heat pump, and ductless system installation and replacement. Does not apply to repairs, maintenance, service calls, or diagnostic fees.
- Written quote required. The competing estimate must be written, dated, and itemized — verbal quotes and online price ranges don't qualify.
- Licensed contractors only. The quote must come from a licensed, insured HVAC contractor operating in our service area.
- Comparable system and scope. Equipment must be of similar type, capacity, and efficiency, with a comparable scope of work, permits, and warranty coverage.
- Offer period. Your estimate must be booked by August 31, 2026 — the appointment itself can fall after that date. The competing quote must be presented at or before your estimate appointment.
- Current quotes. Estimates must be dated within the last 30 days and presented before work begins.
- One offer at a time. Cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts.
- Verification. Falco's reserves the right to verify the estimate and to decline quotes that can't be validated.
