We recently had two 20-year-old fireplaces serviced by Falco’s and the whole experience was excellent. From the first phone call to the in-home service, every employee was polite and professional. The tech did an incredible job. Our fireplaces look new again! He went above and beyond by adjusting some wiring and fixing a small thermostat issue.
