When you schedule a service with Falco’s you can expect a prompt reply, a friendly face, experience, knowledge, resources, and the confidence that we are doing our very BEST to serve you and our community.

We follow Manufacturers’ guidelines for service, diagnostics, cleaning, warranty and additionally have our own checklists to easily walk through these processes in a step-by-step manner. We leave no check-box undone!


Steps to scheduling a service:

  • Fill out a Pre-Service Form for your Gas, Pellet, or Wood-burning unit and we will use that information to build the expectations for your appointment.
  • Receive a confirmation email with the date, arrival time, and further information about your upcoming service.
